Police say they've arrested two men in connection to a body found wrapped in a blanket on the sidewalk in University Heights Saturday.

They say 54-year-old Judy Guzman's body was found Friday when authorities responded to a call around 11:20 p.m. Police say her body was found in the blanket along West 183rd Street and Sedgewick Avenue near some bushes.

Joseph Howe, 50, and Jorge Torres, 53, have been charged with concealment of a human corpse and tampering with physical evidence. News 12 is told one of the suspects lives in the same building as Guzman on Loring Place North.

Her body was dumped five minutes from where she lived.

The medical examiner will announce a cause of death.
