Champagne Jell-O Shots
Ingredients
3 c. champagne
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
6 envelopes gelatin (1oz)
1/2 c. vodka
Directions

Combine 1 1/2 cups champagne, lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin
on top. Let gelatin soften for about two minutes to bloom, then heat mixture over low
heat. Stir until gelatin has completely dissolved, about 2 to 3 minutes, and remove from
heat. Stir in remaining 1 1/2c. champagne and 1/2c. vodka.
Grease a sheet tray or glass backing dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour mixture
and chill for 2 hours, or until firm.
Invert jello to parchment paper-lined cutting board and slice into squares or use cookie
cutters for fun shapes. Add gold flakes or sprinkles to add some sparkle to the shots.
Cheers!

2 ½ envelopes plain gelatin
¼ cup Roses lime juice
¼ cup Grand Marnier
¾ cup orange flavored vodka
¼ cup lime zest for garnish

soak for a few minutes. Heat on low, stirring constantly, until gelatin is fully dissolved.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients, making sure to fully incorporate.
Grease a sheet tray or glass backing dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour mixture
and chill for 2 hours, or until firm.
To serve, cut into desired shapes and garnish with lime zest, if desired.
