The man accused of raping an 11-year-old girl in Brownsville numerous times is expected back in court today.

The man accused of raping an 11-year-old girl in Brownsville numerous times is expected back in court today.
Police tell News 12 that 45-year-old Andre Clarke, of Staten Island, was arrested after allegedly raping the victim at her house around 9 a.m. on Feb. 15.
Court documents say he's accused of raping the girl at least three times. It is believed that Clarke was a former boyfriend of the victim’s mother.
Investigators say it was the girl’s mother who walked in to the home and found Clarke raping her daughter.
Medical workers took the victim to the hospital in stable condition.
Clarke is facing several charges, including rape and sexual abuse.
News 12 also recently learned that the victim actually had an order of protection against the man.
Police say Clarke has at least 10 prior arrests on charges from assault and menacing to DWI.
