East Orange General Hospital, Clara Maass Medical Center, and Saint Michael's Medical Center in Essex County are on the list.
Hoboken University Medical Center in Hudson County is also on the list.

At one point earlier this morning, the number was up to eight.
State Health Commissioner Judith Persichilli says the state is beginning to see a surge of patients that will test the capacity of hospitals by the second week in April.
