Police: 1 killed, 1 wounded following overnight shooting in East Flatbush

A man was killed and another was injured after an overnight shooting in East Flatbush, police say.

A man was killed and another was injured after an overnight shooting in East Flatbush, police say.
Investigators were called to 437 E. 49th St. at around 2 a.m. when they found two people with gunshot wounds.
A 30-year-old man, who police say does not appear to be the intended target, was shot in the buttocks and taken to the hospital by private means. A 35-year-old man was shot in the back and taken to the hospital by Emergency Medical Services.
The 35-year-old victim, identified as Jomo Glasgow, of Queens, was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Police tell News 12 it appears that Glasgow was attending a party on the block when the shooting happened.
The 30-year-old victim is in stable condition.
Police are continuing to investigate, and no one has been charged. It's unclear if anyone is being questioned.
