A Brooklyn flower shop is donating money to social justice groups to help support the fight for racial equality.
Stems Brooklyn's is holding Solidarity Sundays for the entire month of June, where 100% of the money made every Sunday goes to a different organization.
Customers were able to buy flowers and get their photos taken by a flower arch for Father's Day.
Last week, the flower shop raised $1,800 but due to the holiday, the owner says she has a goal of raising at least $2,000.
Sunday's money will go toward Educated Little Monsters, an organization that provides artistic opportunities to disadvantaged youth of color.
After weeks of protests happening across the city in support of the Black Lives Matter movement, the owner says she wanted to do something to help create change and fight against racial injustice.
She says she's planning to do something similar to Solidarity Sundays at least once a month once June is over.
