Tropical Storm Fay causes flooding on Coney Island streets

Some streets in Coney Island were heavily flooded for hours Friday night during Tropical Storm Fay.
The streets and sidewalks on Neptune Avenue was flooded from 35th Street to 38th Street.
City workers were on scene to help with drainage. It took several hours for the water to clear.
Neighbors tell News 12 that the area is notorious for flooding when it rains and it was a big problem Friday.
"You need a boat," says Daquan Moss. "You need to order an Uber canoe."
As of Saturday, no flooding was left behind in the streets or on the sidewalks.
Neighbors who live near the water say their homes were not flooded.
Video also showed water leaking at the Morgan Avenue subway station on the Manhattan-bound side.
