If you're looking to get your Zen on outdoors, try a wellness walk with some animals at Ray of Light Farm in East Haddam, Connecticut.
The farm features chickens, ducks, geese, cows, sheep, llamas, goats, horses, donkeys, tortoises, and peacocks.
There's a Zee-Donk named Fancy Pants, which is a cross between a zebra and a donkey.
All the animals are partnered in some way with a human to promote well-being.
The wellness walkabout is a time for visitors to experience something along sentient creatures like horses and donkeys.
Visitors can help lead animals for a walk in the woods on a trail and take them out for some grass.
Participants are even allowed to brush the horses and get to know them a little.
The experience gives visitors time with nature and a walkabout in the woods.
Wellness walkabout programs with animals are also offered to children with autism, and veterans.
