The FAA says this will be the busiest Thanksgiving in 15 years.

There were over 50,000 scheduled flights for Wednesday.

Tuesday had the most amount of flights for the holiday period.

There is a dip in flights on Thanksgiving and then a surge in flights on Sunday when most are traveling home.

Make sure you pack your patience and check your flight status before leaving for the airport. It's recommended you arrive early to give yourself extra time.
