National Doughnut Day is this Friday, so it only makes sense for this week’s Food Truck Friday to be Carnivale Donut Bar.

Founded by David Kolsby in 2015, Carnivale offers its signature stuffed mini donuts, ice cream donut sandwiches and its top-selling “Over the Top” shakes with donuts on top.

The truck can be found at many pop-up locations, such as Pier 13 in Hoboken. It’s also available for private events, including weddings and corporate events.
