A 54-year-old Ossining deli owner has been sentenced to five years in prison for sexually abusing an employee.

Authorities say Patrick Patierno, of Yorktown, entered the victim’s home and restrained and forcibly subjected her to sexual assault in January 2021.

Patierno was convicted last May.

After his release from prison, Patierno will be on probation for 10 years and must register as a sex offender.
