A man has been arraigned in the death of a cyclist, according to officials.
The Brooklyn District Attorney's office announced 41-year-old Korey Johnson has been arraigned on murder and reckless endangerment charges.
Johnson is accused of deliberately chasing down a bicyclist and slamming his car into the man.
It happened in Bushwick on Sept. 3.
In surveillance video, 47-year-old Donald Roberts is seen riding along Broadway, being followed by a Jeep, driven by Johnson. Johnson then allegedly hit Roberts.
Police say Roberts was trying to break into Johnson's car beforehand.
The DA said Johnson was arraigned Friday.
If convicted, he faces 25 years to life behind bars.
