International “We Love U” foundation volunteers meet up as part of an effort to raise climate awareness. 

The cleanups are a worldwide effort to talk about the importance of environmental protection, and this weekend the volunteers turned their attention to Raritan Bay.

“Because we love our environment, and we love helping communities. We saw this land and property and we really care for our environment, and we saw it needed some help; and we decided to pitch in and use our Sunday to do something good together," says volunteer Jessica Logreco.  

Volunteers also cleaned up areas in Connecticut, Maryland, New York, and Pennsylvania.
