A $12,000 reward is being offered to close the case on a double shooting from the beginning of the year. According to authorities, 23-year-old Gerard Grant was shot and killed on the corner of Avenue

$12,000 reward offered in January double shooting that killed Gerard Grant
A $12,000 reward is being offered to close the case on a double shooting from the beginning of the year.
According to authorities, 23-year-old Gerard Grant was shot and killed on the corner of Avenue I and East 16th Street back on Jan. 18. A second person was wounded. 
Crime Stoppers is offering the $12,000 reward. The police foundation is offering another $10,000. 
Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
