2 accused in Brooklyn burglary pattern on Eldert Street

Police are looking for two men who they say are linked to multiple burglaries in the 83rd Precinct in Brooklyn.
They say the men broke into an apartment on Eldert Street by climbing through a window and stealing items from the home on April 6. 
Police say one of the men also tried to break into a residential apartment complex from the roof and through a window, but was unable to gain access. 
Police describe the men as both being 20 years old.
