Two Coney Island businesses are beginning the long cleanup process after being completely destroyed in a three-alarm fire. 

Firefighters spent several hours Thursday night putting out the flames, which quickly spread from a Food Center on Stillwell Avenue to a Turkish restaurant next door. Two vacant apartments above the supermarket are also unsalvageable. 

Cellphone video shows flames bursting from of the building, and Chopper 12 caught glimpses of the scene from above. 

One firefighter was taken to Lutheran Hospital with minor injuries. 

The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
