Two tenants and four firefighters were injured in a two-alarm fire that tore through a Bed-Stuy building overnight.
The blaze broke out in a three-story brownstone at Franklin Avenue and Hancock Street at around 1 a.m. Fire officials say it took more than an hour to get under control.
The firefighters are being treated for minor injuries at Kings County Hospital, but one of the two civilians is facing more serious burn injuries and was taken to a different hospital.
The Red Cross is now helping other tenants displaced by the fire, while its cause remains under investigation.
