Police say a 28-year-old man is recovering after a shooting in Brownsville Thursday.
It happened around 9:30 a.m. in front of the Van Dyke Houses on Sutter Avenue.
Police say a 28-year-old man was shot once in the chest after some kind of dispute with another man.
They say he was taken to Brookdale Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
Police say they are searching for a man wearing a red-hooded sweatshirt.
Residents tell News 12 there may have been another shooting in the same spot just a few hours before.
