Neighbors in Bay Ridge are mourning a friend after police say a 62-year-old man was shot and killed Monday morning while walking his dog.

Neighbors in Bay Ridge are mourning a friend after police say a 62-year-old man was shot and killed Monday morning while walking his dog.
Police say at around 6:50 a.m., Michael Sully was walking his dog outside his house on 74th Street near Bay Ridge Parkway when he got into a dispute with another man--who then shot him multiple times. 
Officials say he was rushed to the hospital with wounds to his head and shoulders, where he was pronounced dead. 
Longtime friends tell News 12 they were in disbelief when hearing about his death. 
Police say the suspect was wearing a red shirt and had a bandana over his face. So far, no arrests have been made at this time.
