Seven people were taken to the hospital after a pileup involving at least five cars on the Bronx River Parkway Wednesday morning.
The accident at East Gun Hill Road briefly shut down all northbound lanes, causing traffic to back up for miles.
There's no word yet on what caused the crash.
EMS officials say there were no serious injuries.
