Police arrested a man seen on surveillance video walking naked in Flatlands.
Zurry Hinds, 32, was taken into custody near 1755 Utica Ave. after he was seen by officers exposing his genitals.
Police say Hinds was seen in a surveillance video from Aug. 12, walking naked on East 52nd Street between avenues J and I.
Officials also accuse Hinds of attempting to rape a woman back on Aug. 29. The victim says she was grabbed by the neck and thrown to the ground, and then touched inappropriately.
She says Hinds was not wearing any clothes at the time of the attack.
Hinds is facing attempted rape and public lewdness charges, among others.
