Tenants of a Bedford Park apartment building say they are living in unsuitable conditions and accuse property management of doing a poor job at making repairs.
News 12 The Bronx has learned that the building at 28-85 Valentine Ave. has received 90 violations from Housing Preservation and Development.
Tenants say that the problems include mold, holes in the floor, water damage and broken stairs that were put back together with caulking.
News 12 The Bronx tried contacting the building's management company BRG several times concerning the violations, but the calls were not returned.
