A hip-hop artist is working to make a name for himself in the music industry.

A hip-hop artist is working to make a name for himself in the music industry.
MadeYouSo, who is originally from Washington Heights, has spent years crafting his work in the Bronx.
He says he is ready to show his talents and range to the masses.

"My goals are to stay consistent I want to give the people what they want to listen to what they want to see,” says MadeYouSo.

MadeYouSo says he spent much of his life in Marble Hill, and started performing at a young age. However, he says he built his skills by working with other local artists.

"I consider myself a storyteller to an extent, to where I'm trying to get the listener to visualize what I'm saying,” says MadeYouSo.

The hip-hop artists says he would like to explore different music genres and says he would like to give back to the community that supported his dreams. 

"My goals are so big it doesn't involve my success. It also a collateral and ends up empowering people in the community,” says MadeYouSo.

MadeYouSo’s music can be streamed on Apple Music and Spotify.
