Brooklyn residents are heading to the polls Tuesday for primary elections.One of the races being watched closely is the congressional seat in the 13th District. The seat currently belongs to Republican Rep. Vito Fossella, who is retiring. Fossella made the decision after being arrested for drunken driving and revealing he had a child from an extramarital affair.On the Democratic side, voters are choosing between Steve Harrison and City Councilman Michael McMahon.
