A new boxing movie is being filmed in the borough, with A-list stars making camp in the South Bronx. "The Challenger" is shooting on location at a Willis Avenue boxing gym. The movie stars Michael Clarke Duncan, known for his Oscar-nominated role in The Green Mile. He plays a boxing coach for a rising fighter, played by Kent Moran. The producers say the film is slated for release in early 2013.
