Bronx Borough President hosts Bronx Summer Concert Series
The Office of the Bronx Borough President hosted the Bronx Summer Concert Series in St. Mary’s Park on Sunday as a tribute to the 50th anniversary of hip-hop.

DJ Ralph Mercado emceed the event, which featured KRS-ONE, DJ ChuckChillout, and Nice & Smooth.
Salsa legend Nelson Gonzalez also performed at the weekly event.
The next concert is set for Aug. 20 at Crotona Park.
