A Williamsbridge man was arrested for allegedly posting two swastikas in his windows as part of an ongoing dispute with a Jewish neighbor.
Police say the suspect, Pietro Cassione, has been terrorizing Rhoda Crane for years. Crane owns a property that faces Cassione's Van Hoesen Avenue home.
According to sources, the feud between the neighbors started over a tree which Crane has refused to take down at Cassione's request.
Cassione has been arrested twice for allegedly harassing Rhoda, most recently three weeks ago, when he dumped trash on her property, violating the order of protection she has against him.
Cassione is now facing harassment by intimidation charges.
