The wrath of Tropical Storm Isaac has hit close to home, claiming the life of a Bronx mother of two in Puerto Rico.
Kenah Huggins was taking photos in El Yunque National Forest on Saturday when she was swept into a river swollen by heavy rains in the wake of the passing storm. Her body was found the next day.
Huggins was on vacation to celebrate her 35th birthday. She leaves behind an 8-month-old and an 8-year-old.
Puerto Rico's tourism agency has issued a warning to all visitors to be extra cautious around bodies of water that may be experiencing high levels.
