A city program is helping Bronx students become peer mediators who can tackle everything from peer pressure to cyber-bullying.
Teenagers at the Bronx Academy Health Careers enlisted in the 12-week program, which trains them in problem-solving techniques, listening skills and conflict mediation.
Students say they're looking forward to helping their classmates work through their problem and find the right solutions.
For information on becoming a mediator, students can contact the Bronx office for the city Commission of Human Rights at 718-579-6900.
