Bronx Week 2012 is nearing its end, but the seven-day celebration will go out with a bang on Sunday.

The all-day finale party will include a parade, concerts, giveaways, crafts and food. Native Bronx residents rapper Fat Joe and model Tyson Beckford will also unveil their signs on the Bronx Walk of Fame.

The festivities kick off at 11 a.m. at the Grand Concourse and 161st Street and are followed by a parade along Mosholu Parkway at noon.
