Brooklyn apartment fire leaves several injured, one family displaced

The FDNY say multiple people were injured, including three firefighters, in an apartment fire in Brooklyn Wednesday.

The FDNY say multiple people were injured, including three firefighters, in an apartment fire in Brooklyn Wednesday.
Firefighters responded to East 8th Street around 7:30 a.m. for a fire that started on the fifth floor and extended to the sixth and seventh floors.
Five people in total were injured, including three firefighters who were rushed to the hospital. Two of the victims were treated at the scene.
It's unclear what caused the fire, but the assistant fire chief says an e-bike was found inside the apartment where the fire started.
One family has been relocated due to the extent of damage inside their apartment.
Red Cross is assisting other residents.
