Brooklyn residents are trying to find the perfect bra with the help of a woman widely known as the “bra whisperer.”
Many people struggle with choosing the perfect fitting bra, which is why Brooklyn bra-whisperer Iris Clarke makes it her mission to customize bras to help women do just that.

"Every girl has to be fitted properly and have to be fitted right because the foundation makes the women to feel good and better about themselves and to look better under their clothes and what they wear outside. It all starts with the right foundation,” says Clarke, owner of Iris Lingerie.

Clarke says her customers range from local Brooklyn customer to people from all over the world.

When Victoria’s Secret announced it was closing dozens of stores this year, the bra whisperer says the key to keeping her business thriving is offering a service that you can't get anywhere else.

"When they come here they get a total different fitting. They also teach them how to look, what the right size bra is for them. Not only like, buy a bra and leave to make commission. No. We both have to be satisfied on what I gave them and what they're leaving with,” says Clarke.

Clarke discovered her passion for bra fitting as a teenager, learning the ropes from another lingerie shop owner.

Today she hopes to share her passion for bras with the world.
