The culinary talent of one Brooklyn chef is on display at the top of One World Observatory at ONE Dine, which is participating in New York City's Restaurant Week.
Reuel Vincent, executive chef at ONE Dine, arrived in New York City from Trinidad and Tobago just weeks before the Twin Towers fell on 9/11. Now, he takes pride in ensuring his visitors feel welcome at One World Observatory through their dining experience.
"Trinidad is an island that's a melting pot just like New York,” said Vincent. "The vibe that we try to create here is one that's very casual, very relaxed, we cater to a lot of families that are here who are bringing their kids on an outing…we want you to feel like you're at home."
