Police say a Brooklyn caseworker for the city?s Human Resources Administration (HRA) was arrested Wednesday for molesting a 10-year-old boy.

The boy told police 55-year-old Serafin Colon fondled him and rubbed himself against his body. According to police, the incident occurred when Colon escorted the boy to an employee bathroom in a Brooklyn HRA office. Police say the boy?s mother was meeting with another caseworker at the time of the incident.

Colon is charged with sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
