A Brooklyn man who was in dire need of a kidney transplant headed to Disney World to look for a donor.

In a desperate final attempt to secure a donation, Robert Leibowitz, 60,  walked around the park with his 5 children for a week wearing a T-shirt that read "In Need Of Kidney O Positive" and his telephone number.

The Brooklyn native's kidneys were only functioning at 5% and had lived with kidney disease for 15-years.

When the week was through and no one had responded, he got nervous.

But something incredible happened.

A couple who was walking around the park snapped a picture of Leibowitz in his shirt and shared the image on social media.

Leibowitz says he began receiving hundreds of phone calls from people willing to donate their kidney.

By the end of the week the couple's post had over 90,000 shares and 4 people were flying to New York City to get tested to see if they would be a match.

However, three of the volunteers were denied. Only one man, Richie Sully matched positive.

Sully donated his kidney to Leibowitz and he says he is beyond grateful.
