A Brooklyn man is rowing across the Atlantic Ocean to raise awareness for HIV and AIDS.
Victor Mooney started rowing in Spain last year and made his way to the Caribbean, now he is traveling up the East Coast. 
Mooney had to dock in New Jersey to fix a broken oar and also promote his message.
One of Mooney's brothers died of AIDS and his other one is battling the virus. He is 35 miles away from finishing in Brooklyn.
