Two men are charged in the 2014 murder of a Brooklyn businessman and father.
Menachem Stark, 39, who owned real estate in Williamsburg, was killed on Jan. 2, 2014 as he was leaving his office on Rutledge Street.
Police say surveillance video from outside the office shows two men tussling with Stark before throwing him into a Dodge Caravan. They say Stark's body was discovered days later in the dumpster of a Long Island gas station.
Kendel Felix, 26, was found guilty of second-degree murder last month. They say Felix's cousin was hired as a contractor by Stark, and according to his attorney, felt he was not paid fairly for the work he had done.
Police say 28-year-old Kendall Felix and 38-year-old Erskin Felix, the cousins of Kendel, were both arrested on Oct. 20, and are now facing murder and kidnapping charges in the death of Stark.
According to police, both men helped Kendel in Stark's kidnapping and murder, in addition to hindering with the prosecution and tampering with physical evidence.
Kendall will be charged with hindering prosecution and tampering with evidence. Erskin was arraigned on murder and kidnapping charges and is due back in court next Tuesday. He was held without bail.
Kendel is expected to be sentenced in court later this month.
