Parents in Brownsville want answers after waiting hours for their children to come home from school on Monday.
Theresa Robertson says that she called Consolidated Bus Company after her child's bus didn't arrive at 5:15 p.m. as scheduled.
She says after waiting for over two hours, she received an automated call from the school, saying that the bus driver was new and that he was lost.
Parents say that this was the first time that their children's bus was late.
