Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a Bushwick man that happened Wednesday morning on Menahan Street.
Authorities say 35-year-old Hector Diaz was shot in the head sometime after 1 a.m. at 320 Menahan St. Diaz was rushed to Elmhurst General Hospital where he later died.
Police are still investigating what led up to the shooting.
No arrests have been made.
