Bronx drivers are being warned to find an alternate route as construction begins on the Henry Hudson Bridge.
The Kappock Street exit from the Bronx-bound upper level will be closed for about two weeks while the MTA installs a safety cushion to help reduce damage during a car accident.
Commuters are urged to follow detour signs and use the 232nd or 235th street exits.
