A Bronx family successfully fought back a group of men from breaking into their home, but not before the suspects put a gun to their heads.
When the five suspects first arrived at the home on Laconia Avenue, the culprits asked for someone with an unfamiliar name, the family says.
One suspect apologized for being at the wrong address, but when he went to shake the victim's hand, the suspect grabbed his arm and tried to force himself inside the home, according to one of the victims.
The victim also claims that he and his uncle were hit in the head with a gun.
The victim's wife heard the commotion and called the police, but the suspects fled the scene before the authorities arrived.
