One Pelham Parkway man says tree roots are ripping his sidewalk apart, and he wants something to be done about it.Colden Avenue residents say it's only a matter of time before their busted sidewalk leads to broken bones.While residents say no one has hurt themselves yet, one man says parts of his home have been destroyed.Bronx resident Mark Murichi says he has fixed his sewer line and has no problem filling in a few cracks. He says his main issue is being forced to remove and redo a damaged sidewalk that wasn't his fault in the first place.Residents say Parks and Recreation should handle the tree, but they say they're tired of getting the run around when they fill out complaints.
