A Bronx principal has been fined for illegally paying a subordinate to clean her apartment.

Tanyua Trezevantte, of P.S. 102, admitted to paying a teacher's aide $100 in 2009 and $50 in 2010. She told the city's Conflicts of Interest Board that she did violate the law and paid more than $1,000 in fines.

Many teachers and parents from the school said they aren't surprised by Trezevantte's actions.
