Candlelight vigil to be held for Willingboro man who died in party shooting

A candlelight vigil will be held Sunday night to honor the 19-year-old man who died in a shooting at a house party in Palmyra.
Jonte Rice, of Willingboro, was the eldest of four and is described as being a loving and helpful brother.
His family says he was supposed to start attending a tech school within the next week in hopes to become an electrician.
The vigil will be held at the Burlington City waterfront at 6 p.m.
The family has set up a GoFundMe to help cover funeral expenses.
