Car crashes through BK liquor store window
The owners of a Sheepshead Bay liquor store are trying to salvage items after a car crashed through the front window of their shop.
Officials say that a Toyota Camry, driven by a 60-year-old man, crashed through the Wine Village liquor store in a strip mall on Nostrand Avenue last night. They say the man likely hit the gas pedal on accident.
At least one person was taken to Coney Island Hospital with minor injuries, according to officials.
Owners say that five years ago, a car crashed through the front door of the same store. They say the shop will be closed for about a week while the front of the store is repaired.
