A car accident near Elton Street and Cozine Avenue in East New York scared residents when the impact knocked a parked car onto the sidewalk Monday.
No one was hurt in the incident, but residents say accidents are common at the intersection.
John Gilbert, who works nearby, says he's seen about 15 accidents on the street in the last three years.
"We need a stoplight here," Gilbert says.
