A crash in East Flatbush on Friday afternoon caused two cars to pile on top of each other.

Police say a 63-year-old man driving a private ambulette had a medical episode and crashed into a car, causing it to push on top of another.

There were 4 people inside the ambulette in addition to the driver when the incident occurred.

All were taken to the hospital in stable condition, according to authorities.

No one was in the other cars involved.
