The NYPD is probing a series of robberies inside Brooklyn nightclubs and are seeking three people who may be involved with them.
Police say a group of two women and a man is who they're looking for. They were on a surveillance video from a liquor store in Throggs Neck allegedly using a credit card that was stolen from one of the nightclubs.
One of the three is believed to have stolen cellphones, wallets and cash from people’s pockets inside the clubs – including Elsewhere and Avant Gardner in East Williamsburg.
The NYPD says the group used one of the stolen credit cards at a shoe store in Throggs Neck and then a liquor store in the same shopping center.
Sources say the suspect is someone who police are already aware of.
Anyone with information that could lead to an arrest is urged to contact police.
