The Bronx District Attorney's office has upgraded charges against a Bronx man accused of attacking a bus driver in a case of road rage.
Originally facing charges of attempted assault for attacking 65-year-old school bus driver Juan DelValle, Joseph Scott is now being charged with manslaughter.
Police say Scott punched DelValle in the head after DelValle's bus clipped Scott's double parked car. DelValle's family took him off a respirator and he died this past weekend. The medical examiner has ruled his death a homicide.
