The death of a man who was found unresponsive inside a Brooklyn precinct jail cell has been ruled a suicide, according to the city's medical examiner.
Police say 28-year-old Serge Duthely died after being taken into custody in connection to a drunken driving accident Sunday.
After Duthely was booked, police say they found him hanging by his T-shirt inside a 69th Precinct holding cell.
Police are still investigating the incident.
